TraeDon Construction, Inc. was founded in 1996 by David “Trae” Lamborne and is dedicated to providing the finest workmanship and professionalism. Our focus is simple – we sell and install Superior Walls, an exceptional precast insulated foundation system. These walls are energy efficient, damp proof and quick to install. And in the construction business, time is money. Our installation team is certified, factory-trained and experienced and our managers are obsessed with quality and customer retention.

To better serve our customers, it seemed almost natural for TraeDon Construction, Inc. to expand its product lines to meet the demands of the industry. In 2006, Egress Solutions, Inc. was created as a separate company to sell and install Boman-Kemp basement window systems for new home construction and basement remodeling. These window systems provide natural light, ventilation, and a means of egress or exit to any basement. Research has shown that it is 30% less expensive to build down when looking to add livable space to your home versus building up or out.
